The 1990’s were influenced by Retro, Vintage, Gothic, Cyberpunk, Heroin Chic and HipHop with Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger, Hemp clothing was at large.   Recycled PV(Plastic) was woven into polyester outerwear.   Famous designers were Alexander McQueen, Isaac Mizraki, Gucci, Versacci and Donna Karan.

 
There was no certain style of shoes in the 1990’s.   There was any footwear for any occasion.   There were boots, sneakers, pumps, sneaker pumps, mules, sandals, flats, stilettos, and many, many more.   And they came in any shape, color or texture.   Whether you wanted heavy, light, fancy, clunky, dainty, or elegant they had it.
