| Otto Frank & Edith Hollander were married in Aachen on May 12 1925. Otto Frank was 36 when he married Edith and she was 25 when they did. 9 months later they had Margot on February 16 1926 then 3 years after they had Anne on June 12 1929. |
| Anne Frank was born June12 1929 in Frankfurt am Maine, Germany. Her parents of course are Otto and Edith and her sisters name is Margot. Her family is Jewish and German. When she was born after the appropriated power in 1933, the Frank family moved to Amsterdam and led a quiet life until the Germany invasion of the Netherlands in 1940. |
Anne had a good relationship with her sister although their
personalities were polar opposites. Anne was very outgoing,
energetic, and extraverted. Margot was quiet, dedicated to her studies,
and introverted. She experienced a brief period of happiness when she
turned 13 on June. Anne received a red, white, and blue plaid autograph
book from her father which she decided to use as a diary.
