On November 9th, 1938 (Kristallnacht) many people died. Twelve million
to be exact. Six million Jewish adults, one million Jewish children, and
five million others. Thirty-thousand Jewish men were sent to
concentration camps. More than one-thousand synagogues were either
burned down or totally destroyed (unable to be used). In just one town
ninety-six Jews were killed (at least that's what the Nazis said) and
many others were wounded.
